Birthday Parties - Price: $60pp* (3 hours)

What better way to celebrate turning another year older??? Get ready to bring out your inner child and have fun with paint but also doing it in the most 'adult' way possible with a glass of wine in your hand. This is exactly why Brush & Sip is the best place for you to host your next birthday event! Explore your inner Picasso or Van Gogh surrounded by your loved ones who are there to wish nothing but the best for you!

We even do children's (ages 6 - 12) birthday parties – Mini Me Paint! $35 for 2 hours. Please email us for more information.

Bachelorette/Hens Parties - Price: $60pp* (3 hours)

Brush & Sip is the best experience and most unique destination for a hens’ party! We are often referred to as the 'cultured' or 'creative' part of your special day so let us add some colour and fun to your event. All you have to do is party, drink and paint. Sing along to your favourite songs as you paint away and celebrate with loved ones on one of the biggest days of your life. You’ll end the night with a buzz and ready for married life.

Corporate/workplace team building events - Price: $60pp* (3 hours)

If you’re looking for something to do instead of the usual team bonding activities, come to Brush & Sip. There is no better way to learn about your colleagues than through art expression and painting as you sing along to your favourite tunes with a glass in your hand, surrounded by your workmates! You and your workmates will create the most unique memories and have a new topic to talk about at the water cooler. You can even hang up your masterpieces in the office! Guaranteed to bring everyone all that much more closer!

We’d love to host you for family celebrations, reunions, farewells, Christmas parties, girls' nights out, social nights, club meetings - basically any occasion you can think of, we can host it. We're always up for a party! Create new and unique memories and strengthen bonds with loved ones or even people you have not previously been close with!

We also do external venue events (at a slightly higher charge + transport and logistics fee)

* This pricing includes:

A unique painting experience, creating a masterpiece whilst sipping on drinks of your choice and socialising with your party
3 hours in the studio reserved solely for your booking
An experienced instructor to guide and assist with the painting process throughout the entire event
Your choice of a painting for the event from our selection
All painting equipment and materials supplied, including 50cm x 40cm canvas to take home at the end
Bluetooth speaker, glassware and fridge. A limited number of serving platters are also available on request (however if you require anything specific, including small plates, napkins, cutlery and utensils, we recommend bringing your own).

Please note Due to licensing and RSA laws, unfortunately we are unable to provide any catering services or supply drinks, and we are strictly BYO food and drinks. Any drinks of your preferred choice and snacks and nibblies are welcome.

Our currently available booking times for private event bookings are as follows (pending studio availability):

Mondays - Thursdays
any start time from 10am
- last session available is 7pm start time.

Fridays
9am - 12pm OR 2pm - 5pm OR 7pm - 10pm

Saturdays
9am - 12pm OR 2pm - 5pm OR 7pm - 10pm

Sundays
10am - 1pm OR 3pm - 6pm OR 7pm - 10pm

These available times are strict and, unfortunately, we are unable to book events outside of these listed time slots.

Please read our Bookings Policy then fill out the Bookings Request form, accessed through the 'Request a Private Event' button below.
We will then be in touch, via email, within 72 hours, to confirm our availability and provide a deposit payment* booking link to secure the date and time and further information about the booking.
Upon receipt and processing of your deposit payment (generally within 48 hours), we will then send you the painting selection, as well as the dates and deadlines for confirming final numbers and the available methods for finalising payment for the booking.

Things to Note
Submitting the form does not guarantee a booking, until you have received a response from our bookings team. Your booking is only guaranteed once your deposit payment has been received - please place your deposit payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The final number of attendees and the final payment is strictly required PRIOR to the event so our team can order and allocate supplies for your event, as well as our other events. However, we will ensure you have plenty of time to finalise these details.

Due to timing and operations constraints, your group will only be able to choose ONE painting for the main tutorial. Should anyone in your group wish to paint an alternate painting, they are more than welcome to do so - however, in this case, we will only be able to offer one-on-one guidance.
